Of babies and Gossips

I went to visit I and her 1 week old baby, in her home today. Of course, I accompanied P, our Big Boss’ Secretary, and WY.

P has always struck me as a charismatic woman who is both capable and diplomatic. She runs our division and did a good job for it.

Anyway, back to the topic, I’s baby was CUTE – but so small and looks so fragile. Nevertheless, for a week old baby, he certainly was vocal. Yes, it’s a boy, weighing at 2.5kg. For a baby, he certainly is small. But SO cute~! *_*

We stayed a short while and gossiped among ourselves. Rather, me and I listened and chatted a little bit while P and WY gossiped.

And I certainly heard A LOT. The amount of gossip was more than Microsoft’s turnover and even juicier than Hainan chicken rice.

WY and P manage to gossip all the way until 9 plus at night, over dinner at Novena. And the topic? Well, I have STML (Short Term Memory Loss) and hence couldn’t remember much. Talk about WA, J, WA, Company, WA, the Accounts Department, company, etc. To tell the truth, I lost track, but I know that the main topic was definitely WA – and her behavior at work today.

This afternoon, the rig manager for Capella, G, I think that’s his name, was talking to WY and WA. I was there awaiting some authorization for some documents. Apparently, he was complaining of shoulder pain. WA immediately tugged his hand to get him to sit on her chair – and start massaging him. O_O

I kid you not, ladies and gentlemen, she really did that. As a citizen of a cosmopolitan society, I wouldn’t blink an eye regarding social manners that require close contact. Eg: hugging, etc.

Go ahead and call me a hypocrite for being so “conservative” but there is really something definitely wrong when a woman in her 40s start massaging another male COLLEAGUE with her boobs touching his back.

Oh, you mean I didn’t tell you that? Well, now I did. And she even started messaging his lower back, his neck, his head, basically everywhere. =_= I was so disgusted at her behavior and judging WY’s vocal gossiping about it later that night to P, she was as well.

G seem rather embarrassed and who can blame him?

It seems like WA is not very well-liked by her colleagues, not just by WY and P, from the amount of gossip that flew through the air in the company.

On a lighter note: POLARIS LEFT SINGAPORE AT 5PM TODAY ! HORRAY!
