Work's a Bitch

Just when I thought a certain woman couldn’t get any worse. She just did. Not in seduction of men, but in the way she dumped her things onto others to do. Never mind her dumping things onto others, her way of doing work that is completely and utterly ludicrous.

E.G 1:

For RFQ (Request for Quotes) to be sent to suppliers, the supplier number will be keyed in – any amount of suppliers. A particular supplier refused to supply us (long story) and we turned to supplier B. Logically, we should just add in Supplier B’s number and just send the same RFQ to Supplier B. We already did just that and now she told me she just set up another PR to be convert to RFQ to be sent to Supplier B. Did she forget that we just send the RFA for the same items to Supplier B already? I wonder what will be Supplier B’s reaction to find out he has to quote for the same 430 items, albeit in a different RFQ. Oh did I mention there’re 430 items? One can die doing it ( I did). Not her, obviously, she dumped it on someone else (1000 SGD says it’s going to be me. Bets, anyone?).

E.G 2:

She complained she didn’t know how to search the Purchasing system. What the hell? She’s a buyer. Ow can she not know? And she was there 1 year longer than me! And somehow or another, she managed to push buying for West Orion (new ship) onto WY, who already has West Gemini (another new ship) while she took over Eminence (half done ship). In short, she gets to handle a half done ship while WY have to handle 2 new ships. -__-

EG 3:

The requisitioner asks for 2 cans of oil, how on earth did she manage to convert it until 400L? when it clearly states in the description 1 can is about 18L. -_-

All I can say is: I Salute Her. If a person like her is a buyer, I think I have more capabilities to be one.
