I woke up late today. Super late. I woke up like 1 hr late.
Damn, and my new office’s right under the Deputy Director’s nose, who loves any excuse to kick up a fuss.
What a bad start… Thankfully I made it to school by 8.45pm, and I did not encounter any personnel as I entered the Zoo that I shared with fellow residents Roy, Siti and Alyssa.
Hehehe, the reason it’s called the Zoo (or Aquarium) was because the room was paneled with 2 windows, instead of one like the normal offices, to allow the office personnel walking by to check in on the SIP students using the room. Hence, it’s called the Zoo. And we, being the users of the Zoo, are now known as the Zoo Residents.
-_-ll Barely a day shifting into the Zoo had all 4 of us known as the Zoo Residents, by all the lecturers and TSOs in the level 4 office block. What the Hell? Didn’t know we are THAT famous.
So Today is Shifting Day as all the TSOs from my former office shifted their stuff to their new offices. Everybody was making a hell lot of noise and complaints and I agree with it. I mean, what’s up with shifting D to sit in E’s place; E to sit in F’s place; F to sit in G’s place; and G to sit in God-knows-where, when you can actually shift D to sit in God-knows-where and save a mountain load of trouble for everyone?
...When the Higher-ups are making decisions, it’s the lower-downs who suffers – badly...
In addition to shifting all of my stuff to the Zoo, I still have to take care of my disciples, Ruzaini and Zhen Jie. They are definitely slackers. Yesterday, they could have made the cell agar, spread it on agar plates and grow the cells. But no, They make the media and when I came in today, they just started spreading it on the agar plate. O_o?
Who cares. If they can’t finish their Major Project, it’s their loss. I have to run outside to purchase some stuff for them to use and do as well.
At the end of the day, I’m beat – and PC-less again. When I rushed for the 72 home, I was just millimeters from reaching it. But like all bus drivers, this particular bus driver did not see any need to look at me and instead look the other way. -_-lll In conclusion, I missed it and have to queue up. Since I’m near the head of the queue, and there’s only 2 people, I tried cutting from front to the back, only to have the 2nd person offer me his place in front instead.
So I became queue person # 2 while he dropped from #2 to #3. Talk about chivalry. I didn’t know it still exists in this age… In
