Life couldn't get any more embarrassing

Hm... My first blog post... How should I start? Err... Let's start with an introduction, shall we? Well then, allow me to introduce myself. I am a girl from Singapore who is a Biotech student in Temasek Polytechnic, specializing in Veterinary Science. Currently, I'm in Thailand doing my Major Project and internship. I'm 19 and enjoy reading, sleeping and music. Let's not forget the occasional hanging out with my friends and movies. ^^ I have been in Thailand for about 10 weeks already and I have about 10 more weeks to go.

Truth be told, I wasn't very keen on blogging in the first place... But during my time here in Thailand, so many things happened. Happy things, sad things, embarrassing things (Oh my god! This seems to happen to me in abundance ><) and lastly, things that you never think will actually happen in real life, etc. After seeing one of my best friends, Eileen's blog, as well as Alyssa's blog, my hands start getting itchy and I have this urge to write all I've experienced as well.

Hm... Like i mentioned, embarrassing things seem to happen to me in abundance here in Thailand. Just this afternoon, I accidentally handed a guy a love note. -____-lll Nope, no mistake... a love note... It goes like this: I usually get a bottle of Honey Lemon Tea in the 7-11 near my workplace (lab) for 20 baht to go with my lunch. So what happen was that as usual. I was in there with my 2 friends-cum-colleagues-cum-fellow students in training, Am and Do ( I call them 2M in my head. Lame, i know, i can't help it :P). When I was trying to pay for my drink, I handed this guy a 20 baht note - which have an "I love you" written on it. I didn't even know that the 20 baht note had something like this written on it.

When the guy saw it, His eyes immediately bulged. Wondering why, I then noticed what was written on the note. All the staff at the 7-11 was there and they saw it. I immediately tried to get the note back, to no avail, as the guy behind the counter had already cashed it into the register. Panicking I tried to explain to the guy and 2M what had happened. 2M had witnessed the incident in its entirety and was sniggering away (the traitors!). I asked them to help me explain to the staff what had happened. NO, they couldn't because they were laughing too hard. I was SO embarrassed that I can feel even my ears heating up, let alone my entire face.

In the end, i managed to get the note back and immediately left 7-11, with its entire horde of staff smirking. It was so embarrassing. 2M couldn't stop laughing even when we reached the pantry of the lab. I could not even begin to fathom how I even got that 20 baht note. I guess it will remain 1 of the greatest mysteries in my life. That damned 20 baht bill is still sitting in my wallet, by the way. No idea what am i going to do to it, I can't use it, that's for certain. I swear, from this day onwards, I will NOT buy anything from that 7-11. No way in hell.

Strangely, getting this off my chest kinda makes me feel better. In addition, 2M told me that the guy may be gay.Coming from fellow gay (Do), I guess this piece of information can be trusted. Well, I gotta go for now. Adios!
